DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Suspected militants attacked Chashma Sugar Mills-2 with rockets
and hand grenades in Prova tehsil on Friday night. However, no casualty was reported in the incident.
The official sources said that suspected militants attacked Chashma Sugar Millis-2 located in Miryan area with rockets
and hand grenades at
around 11 pm. The rockets
and hand grenades h
it the boundary wall of the mills. However, no loss of life or damage was reported in the attack.
Following the incident, the
police and officials of the Counter-Terrorism Department reached the spot and cordoned off the area.
The law-enforcers also defused improvised explosive device weighing five kilograms on the occasion.
The
police registered the case and
started investigation after collecting pieces of evidence.
